Anchovy And Tuna Tapenade Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 3 or 4 anchovy fillets, drained | ||
| 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or other mayonnaise | ||
| Parsley sprigs | 2 | |
| Green onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Crackers or 1 baguette French bread, sliced | ||
Directions
In a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree tuna with oil, anchovies, mayonnaise, parsley, green onion and lemon juice.
Season with pepper to taste.
Spoon into a small serving bowl.
