1 6 oz. can finely chopped tongue
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. beer or ale
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions
Combine tongue and cheese.
