Ingredients
9" greased round mould
2 cup grated paneer
1 cup beaten yoghurt
1 tsp grated onion
2 tsp grated pickled gherkins
2 cup loves very finely chopped garlic
1 very finely chopped chilli
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
1 tsp gelatine
1 cup water
TO GARNISH:
2 tsp grated paneer mixed with 1/4 tsp chilli powder and salt
Directions
Mix all the above ingredients together except gelatine and water.
Soak gelatine in water for 5 minutes and dissolve over, hot water or in a double saucepan.
Mix gelatine with the rest of the ingredients and pour into the mould and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, dip the mould in hot water and unmould.
Sprinkle with the prepared paneer mixture and serve.
