Tangy Orange Beets Recipe

How is it that you still haven't tried my recipe for Tangy Orange Beets. Vegetable is one of the few ingredients I like to include in my daily cooking and this is my comfort recipe that I usually prepare using it. This Tangy Orange Beets is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as a Side Dish often. Do try this and get back to me with your views.

Ingredients

 
1 1/4 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
 
2 tablespoons cornstarch
 
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
 
3/4 cup cider vinegar
 
3/4 cup water
 
1 (16 ounce) can small whole beets, drained
 
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Directions

Blend brown sugar and cornstarch thoroughly.
Stir in orange juice, vinegar, and water.
Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Add beets, and butter or margarine; reheat
