Directions
1. In a saucepan, pour hot garlic sauce. Add onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, and coriander.
2. Pour orange juice and lemon juice, add sugar, Allow to boil, stir and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Pour into sterilized bottles, seal with waxed paper and close the lid.
SERVING
4. Use this sauce for marinating your barbecue meats or making hot chicken wings.
TIP
Refrigerate sauce for 2 weeks before use.
Do not use the sauce after 60 days from making.
