MAKING
1. In a saucepan, pour hot garlic sauce. Add onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, and coriander.
2. Pour orange juice and lemon juice, add sugar, Allow to boil, stir and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Pour into sterilized bottles, seal with waxed paper and close the lid.

SERVING
