Tangy Dressing Recipe
This tangy salad dressing recipe is prepared with plain yogurt and mustard. Combined with chopped capers, scallions and dill to taste, the tangy dressing is seasoned to taste and is chilled before use. It can be served over salads or meat.
Ingredients
2 8-ounce containers plain yogurt
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons chopped capers
4 scallions. finely chopped
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dillweed Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a bowl.
Chill.
Serve with green salads or as a sauce for fish or cold beef.
