| Vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 clove garlic, minced fine | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 (2 to 3 pound) frying chicken, cut into serving pieces | ||
Directions
Put vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper in skillet.
Add chicken; let marinate together at least 30 minutes.
Heat to boil on top of stove.
Cover skillet; lower heat.
Simmer about 40 minutes.
Liquid will be absorbed into chicken.
