Tangy Cheese Flan Recipe
Tangy Cheese Flan has a Terrific taste.The Eggs and Milk gives the Tangy Cheese Flan Cool taste.
Ingredients
FOR THE CRUST:
250 gms .finely crushed cheeselings
4 tsp melted butter
4 tsp grated Cheddar cheese
FOR THE FILLING :
2 tsp oil
1 finely chopped chilli
1/2 tsp ajwain (oregano)
2 large sliced onions
4 cup loves finely chopped garlic
1 sliced capsicum or pimento
1 stalk sliced celery
1 tsp chopped basil
Salt and pepper
1 large sliced tomato
3 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
Directions
Combine all the above ingredients together.
Grease the flan dish and press mixture firmly at base and sides of the dish.
METHOD FOR THE FILLING : Heat oil, add chilli and when it splutters add aiwain, onions and garlic and fry until tender, about 3 minutes.
Add capsicum, celery, basil, salt and pepper and cook further for 3 minutes, stirring.
Mix in the tomato.
Cool a little.
Mix in the rest of the inaredients.
Fill the flan dish with the filling and bake for 15-20 minutes until firm.
