Ingredients

 Natural yogurt1⁄4 Pint (1 Carton)
 Pickled cucumber/Pickled gherkin2 Ounce, chopped
 Capers8 , chopped
 Stuffed olives/Stoned olives8 , chopped
 Green food color3 Drop

Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together all the ingredients.
2) Dip a skewer into green coloring to lightly color the yoghurt and then refrigerate to chill.

SERVING
3) Serve with toast or crispbread on top of shredded lettuce in glasses.
