Ingredients

 Natural yogurt1/4 Pint
 2 oz. pickled cucumber or gherkin, chopped
 Capers8 , chopped
 8 olives, stoned or stuffed, chopped
 Few drops green colouring

Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together all the ingredients.
2) Dip a skewer into green coloring to lightly color the yoghurt and then refrigerate to chill.

SERVING
3) Serve with toast or crispbread on top of shredded lettuce in glasses.
