Tangy Wisconsin Blue Cheese Whip Recipe
This tangy wisconsin blue cheese whip is a flavorul and savory cheese whip. Prepared with cream and blue cheese, it is flavored with basil and garlic salt. Blended well, it is combined with toasted almonds for a nice little crunch.
Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup finely crumbled Wisconsin Blue cheese (2 ounces)
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
Assorted vegetable or fruit dippers
Directions
In small mixer bowl combine whipping cream, Blue cheese, basil, and garlic salt.
Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until slightly thickened.
Gently fold in chopped almonds.
