Tangy Tuna Mousse Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 envelopes (2 tablespoons) unflavored gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 6 1/2 or 7-ounce cans (2 cups) tuna, flaked | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Chopped green olives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), stuffed | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over boiling water; stir into mayonnaise.
Add remaining ingredients except cream.
Mix well.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
Chill till firm.
Cut in squares and serve on greens.
