2 1/2 pounds top sirloin, 1 inch thick
 
Dash of salt
 
3 tablespoons salad oil
 
4 medium onions, sliced thinly
 
6 green peppers, seeded and cut into strips
 
1 large garlic clove, minced

Directions

1) Saute the green peppers, onions, and garlic in 2 tablespoons of hot oil until slightly tender. Remove and place on a plate.
2) Lightly sprinkle the top sirloin, with salt. Saute the steak in the remaining hot oil and cook until tender.
3) Garnish with green peppers, onions and garlic.
