Tangy Sour Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless chicken | 250 Gram | |
| 1 onion cut into slices | ||
| 1 tomato cut into 4 pieces, remove pulp and chop finely | ||
| 1-2 green chillies seeded, chopped finely | ||
| Coriander/ cilantro | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin powder | ||
| A few cabbage leaves dipped in chilled water for 15 minutes | ||
Directions
Cut chicken into long strips.
Keep aside.
Heat butter in a non stick pan.
Add sliced chicken, stir fry for 2-3 minutes till chicken turns whitish.
Cook covered for about 4-5 minutes or till soft.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and roasted cumin.
Add onion, tomato, green chilli and chopped cilantro/ coriander.
Mix well for 2 minutes.
Check salt and add to taste.
Arrange a few cabbage leaves at the edge of a serving platter.
Put the chicken in the centre.
Keep aside.
