Ingredients

 Boneless chicken250 Gram
 1 onion cut into slices
 1 tomato cut into 4 pieces, remove pulp and chop finely
 1-2 green chillies seeded, chopped finely
 Coriander/ cilantro1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin powder
 A few cabbage leaves dipped in chilled water for 15 minutes

Directions

Cut chicken into long strips.
Keep aside.
Heat butter in a non stick pan.
Add sliced chicken, stir fry for 2-3 minutes till chicken turns whitish.
Cook covered for about 4-5 minutes or till soft.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and roasted cumin.
Add onion, tomato, green chilli and chopped cilantro/ coriander.
Mix well for 2 minutes.
Check salt and add to taste.
Arrange a few cabbage leaves at the edge of a serving platter.
Put the chicken in the centre.
