Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
4 smoked pork loin chops, each 3/4 inch thick
1/3 cup dark corn syrup
2 tablespoons catchup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 17-ounce can vacuum-packed sweet potatoes, drained
Directions
1. In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook smoked chops until well browned on both sides. Stir in corn syrup, catchup, mustard, and lemon juice; turn chops to coat with mixture; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
