Tangy Pot Roast Recipe
I made this Tangy Pot Roast first for a holiday party and they were an instant hit. These Tangy Pot Roast which makes use of a sirloin tip or rumo roast can really serve as a delicious treat. Come all and check it out!
Ingredients
1 3-pound sirloin tip or rump roast
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
1) Brown roast on all sides in a skillet with little oil.
2) Combine all ingredients and pour over meat.
3) Cover and cook at 325 to 350 degrees for 2 hours or until done.
