Tangy Pork Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooking oil | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed | |
| Pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pork blade steaks | 4 , cut 1/2 inch thick |
Directions
GETTING READY 1) Arrange all the ingredients required. MAKING 2) In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, vinegar, wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic, pepper and salt. Mix it well. 3) In a shallow baking dish, place the steaks and pour the marinade over it. 4) Put the dish aside for 15 minutes at room temperature or 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator, turning steaks once. 5) Drain and reserve the marinade. 6) On the racks of unheated broiler pan, place the steaks. 7) Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, 3 inches from heat and brush with marinade. 8) Turn the steaks and broil again for 8-10 minutes and brush with marinade after every 5 minutes. 9) Just before serving, brush with the marinade. SERVING 10) Serve hot.
