6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
4 tablespoons flour
3 teaspoons dry mustard
3 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 onions, minced
3 cups canned tomatoes
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons catsup
Directions
1) Mix the flour, mustard, paprika, and salt together. Coat the pork chops with the mixture and fry in the olive oil until browned. Sprinkle with onions.
2) Mix the tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and catsup. Spoon over the browned pork chops.
3) Cover and cook over a low flame for 30 minutes.
