Ingredients

 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Chopped green onion2 Tablespoon
 Chili Sauce1 Tablespoon
 2 teaspoons each pickle relish and chopped drained capers
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Dash
 4 eggs, hard-cooked and coarsely chopped
 8 iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves

Directions

In medium bowl combine all ingredients except eggs and lettuce; add eggs and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
