Tangy Cubed Beef Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Medium | |
| 8 oz fillet steak | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 | |
| 1/2 sweet dill pickle | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Beef Stock | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Whipping cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Peel potatoes, add to a saucepan of boiling water and cook for twenty minutes till tender; drain completely and slice
2. Remove any fat or lard from the meat and cut into small cubes
3. Peel and quarter tomatoes; chop pickle into strips
4. In a frying pan, melt butter and fry onions for five minutes
5. Add the meat and allow to brown on each side evenly; remove the meat from the pan
6. Sprinkle flour in the pan and stir well; add the stock and stir to blend well; bring to a boil and simmer till thick
7. Add tomato paste, salt and pepper; add potatoes, tomatoes and pickle and cook for another five minutes
8. Add meat to the pan and heat through well' add cream and stir well

9. Serve as per your tastes
