Tangy Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped pimiento stuffed olives
1 (.7 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions
Combine all ingredients except nuts, mixing well.
Shape into 2 balls, and coat with pecans.
Chill 8 hours.
