Tangy Blue Cheese Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| Blue cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 jar (4 1/2 ounces) whole mushrooms, drained | ||
| Frozen carrots | 1 Bag (1kg), drained | |
| Fried onions | 1 Can (10oz) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
In medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, blue cheese and milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth.
Stir in mushrooms, vegetables and 1/2 can French Fried Onions; pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 375° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Top with remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
