Tangerine Frappe Recipe
Ingredients
| Tangerine | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| 2-3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice | ||
| Grenadine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 egg whites, unbeaten | ||
| Soda water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Open top and bottom of juice can, and press frozen juice into blender.
Add next 4 ingredients, and cover.
Blend about 1 minute or until mixture is smooth and foamy.
Add soda water, and pour over crushed ice.
Serve in 5-ounce cocktail glasses, and pass savory appetizers.
Makes about 26 ounces.
