Ingredients

 
10 drum-stick chicken
 
1 cup yogurt, whisked
 
4 tablespoons lemon juice
 
2 teaspoons fresh ginger paste
 
1 teaspoon garlic paste
 
2 teaspoons coriander powder
 
2 teaspoons cumin powder
 
1 teaspoon white pepper
 
1 teaspoon garam masala
 
1/2 teaspoon chili powder(Kashmiri)
 
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 
2 tablespoons oil
 
salt to taste

Directions

Wash chicken drum stick pieces and dry with a paper towel.
Make slits across the thickest part of each piece with a sharp knife
rub chicken pieces,with lemon into the cuts.keep a side
mix all the spices with yogurt and whisk well keep a side
mix chicken drumstick with this marinade for 30 minutes
Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade.
When the marination is complete, evenly add oil and mix well
Grill the chicken on high until done.
you could pre-heat an oven to 300°F, then arrange the chicken in a single layer on a rack in a shallow baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes. Brush with the melted ghee and bake for a further 10 minutes. Ideally, you should cook the chicken in a Tandoor oven (clay oven)
served with onion ring and mint chutney and lemon wedge.
