Tandoori stuffed aloo paratha by Chef Sonali Recipe
Aloo paratha is potato stuffed Indian flatbread made with whole wheat flour.

| Boiled potatoes | 2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Red chilli powder to taste | ||
| Coriander powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garam masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Ginger | 1/2 inch, chopped | |
| Few dry mint leaves | ||
Directions
Make dough out of wheat flour as for roti
Mash pototoes and add all the ingredients except butter and mint leaves.
Make medium sized roti and add the stuffing, seal and roll it like a ball.
Now make it like a roti and put on a heated pan until done from one side.
Spread little water on the undone side and put it in a preheated oven at broil till properly done.
Spread dried mint leaves and butter (optional)
Serve hot with mango pickle :)
