TANDOORI CRABS Recipe

Ingredients
4 Tablespoons Lime juice
2 Tablespoons Curry paste
2 Tablespoons Garam masala*
2 Tablespoons Tandoori paste**
1 Tablespoon Chili powder
Pinch Salt
6 large Crabs
½ Bunch Cilantro, fresh
2 Tablespoons Green chile peppers, crushed to a paste
5 teaspoons Low Fat Plain Yogurt
Directions
· Combine chiles, tandoori, and curry pastes with chili powder, garam masala, salt, lime juice, and yogurt.
· Apply masala over Crabs and marinate, refrigerated and covered, overnight.
Pre-heat grill to 450°F. Grill the marinated Crabs, about 10 minutes on each side, or until done.
Once the Crab is done, it will be a little charred. Garnish with cilantro and serve
