Tandoori Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients
Marinade
2 mL 1/2 tsp ground ginger
5 mL 1 tsp ground coriander
10 mL 2 tsp ground cumin
15 mL 1 tbsp white vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
5 mL 1 tsp paprika
10 mL 2 tsp ground curcuma
50 mL 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
Chicken
12 skinless chicken wings
Yogurt Sauce
125 mL 1/2 cup plain low-tat yogurt
15 mL 1 tbsp liquid honey
2 mL 1/2 tsp fresh mint, chopped or mint extract
Directions
Marinade Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, mix well and pour into a shallow dish.
Place the chicken wings in the marinade dish and mix well, coating the wings thoroughly.
Marinate for 8 hours in the refrigerator.
Yogurt Sauce In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, honey and mint; mix well and set aside in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) or turn on the barbecue grill.
Drain the chicken wings and cook in the oven or on the barbecue grill.
Place the chicken wings in the marinade dish and mix well, coating the wings thoroughly.
