Tandoori Style Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup plain regular or lowfat yogurt | ||
| Steak sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mint | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1 (2 1/2- to 3-pound) chicken, cut into 4 pieces | ||
| Raita | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine yogurt, steak sauce, mint, paprika, red pepper and garlic.
Place chicken pieces in glass dish; coat with yogurt mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill chicken over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
Serve with Raita.
