Ingredients

 1/2 cup plain regular or lowfat yogurt
 Steak sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mint1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Ground red pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), crushed
 1 (2 1/2- to 3-pound) chicken, cut into 4 pieces
 Raita

Directions

In small bowl, combine yogurt, steak sauce, mint, paprika, red pepper and garlic.
Place chicken pieces in glass dish; coat with yogurt mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill chicken over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
Serve with Raita.
