Ingredients

 Prawns500 Gram
 Bay leaves4
 1 tablespoon ghee or butter
 Salt To Taste
 Curds3 Tablespoon
 1/2 unripe papaya
 Onion1 Small (Grind to a paste:)
 Ginger1 (Grind to a paste:)
 Poppy seeds1 Teaspoon (Grind to a paste:)
 Cinnamon1/4 (Grind to a paste:)
 Cumin seeds1 Teaspoon (Grind to a paste:)
 Cloves2 (Grind to a paste:)
 Coriander powder1 Teaspoon (Grind to a paste:)
 2 big cardamoms
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm) (Grind to a paste:)
 Red chillies2 , soaked (Grind to a paste:)

Directions

Clean and salt the prawns and mix them with the paste, curds, salt and bay leaves.
Put the prawns in a greased baking dish.
Leave to marinate for an hour or two.
Put the dish into a hot oven for about fifteen minutes then take it out, stir the contents and replace in the oven for five or ten minutes.
Test the prawns with a fork.
If cooked, remove from oven.
Stick a toothpick into each prawn, sprinkle lemon juice and serve.
