Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Nestle Dahi 1/2 cup, beaten | ||
| Cream | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken 1, cut into 8 pieces | ||
| Red chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic paste | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garam masala powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1)In bowl, marinate the chicken in Nestle Dahi, cream, lemon juice, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger paste, garlic paste, colouring and salt.
2)Let it stand for 2 to 3 hours.
MAKING
3)Heat a karahi, cook the chicken with the marinade till it is dry and done.
4)Over direct flame, smoke each piece individually.
SERVING
5)Serve hot lemon wedges and onion rings
