Tamale Skillet Meal Recipe

| Canned cream style corn | 1 Pound | |
| Canned seasoned tomato sauce | 8 Ounce | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded sharp process cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sliced pitted ripe olives | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Add sauce from canned tamales.
Stir in corn, tomato sauce, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of the cheese.
Cut tamales in half lengthwise; arrange cut side up atop corn mixture.
Heat.
Trim with remaining cheese and olives
