Tamale Pie Recipe
Ingredients

| Salad oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn meal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Corn | 1 Medium | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium | |
| Ripe olives | 1 8 Ounce, pitted | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Cook beef onion, and salad oil together until well blended, add corn meal, salt, corn, tomatoes, olives, and butter and cook slowly 15 minutes.
Remove from fire.
Add eggs, milk, chili powder, and sauces.
Bake in greased casserole in moderate oven (350 F.) one hour.
