| Canned corn niblets | 12 Ounce | |
| Olives | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| Yellow corn meal | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 |

Directions
Add tomato sauce and water, chili powder, salt and the pepper.
Simmer covered 45 min.
Stir in corn and olives.
Add milk and corn meal, mix together.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes until thickened.
Pour into a 3 quart casserole.
Bake 40 min.at 350 degrees or until almost dry.
