Directions

Combine the first three ingredients and cook over hot water until thick.
Keep warm.
Brown meat slightly in bacon drippings.
Add onion, pepper, tomatoes and chili mix.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Mash tomatoes to a pulp.
Add corn and let heat through.
Put in a greased shallow casserole.
Spread meal mixture on top.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until it melts.
