| Cold water | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Ground beef | 1 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Bacon drippings | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Canned tomatoes | 1 Pound | |
| Chili mix | 1 1⁄4 Ounce | |
| Cooked whole kernel corn | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained | |
| Shredded cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
Keep warm.
Brown meat slightly in bacon drippings.
Add onion, pepper, tomatoes and chili mix.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Mash tomatoes to a pulp.
Add corn and let heat through.
Put in a greased shallow casserole.
Spread meal mixture on top.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until it melts.
