Ingredients
Tama 250 gms
Methi 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Dale khorsani 1 slice
Salt 1/2 tsp
Directions
Fry the Asafoetida seeds in hot oil.
Add finely sliced Tama, turmeric powder, sliced round chilli and salt.
Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
