Stir Fried Tofu with Soybeans:

MAKING
1) In a non-stick wok, heat the peanut oil, then add the garlic, both chilies and salt. Stir fry for a few seconds until aromatic.
2) Then add the soybeans and Chinese pickled radish and stir fry for a few seconds.
3) Add the spicy marinated tofu and chopped scallions, then stir fry for a few seconds until thoroughly heated.
4) Then add the vegetarian oyster sauce and stir fry quickly for a few seconds.
5) Add the chopped cilantro, combine with the other ingredients and remove from heat.

SERVING
6) Serve the stir fried tofu with soybeans hot.

Ginger Tofu :

GETTING READY
1) Finely grate a pieceof fresh ginger.
2) Finely chop a scallion.

MAKING
3) Place the tofu on a serving plate and top with freshly grated ginger.
4) Then top the tofu with the finely chopped scallion.
5) In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil and soy sauce together.
6) Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the tofu.

SERVING
7) Garnish with a few pieces of scallion and serve.

Stir Fried Tofu with Soybeans and Ginger Tofu, both these tofu dishes are healthy. A must try as they are easy to make and so full of nutrition. Chef Michelle has made it in a pretty simple way, there cannot be anything easier than this. These are highly recommended for a meatless day to get you daily proteins.
