Baked Pasta in Garlic Sauce Recipe Video

Hey everyone! This week’s recipe comes from my friend Kayci! She made this pasta dish with her roommate, and seemed to really enjoy it. As a bonus surprise, it’s vegan! You can use any pasta you like - Hilary and I used gnocci, and that turned out pretty well. Here’s the recipe:

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Pre-heat oven at 400C.
2.Peel the garlic and bake them at 400F for 30 minutes loosely wrapped in aluminum foil.
3.Wash the spinach and chop them small.

MAKING
4.Meanwhile in a saucepan, boil the pasta until soft, then strain.
5.In a blender, pop in the garlic, block of tofu, oil and salt, and blend it.
6.In a large bowl or pan mix the pasta, spinach and garlic sauce all together.
7.Put all the ingredients in a casserole dish and bake it at 350F for about 15 minutes.

SERVING
8.Garnish with some hot chilly flakes if you like and add some more cheese to it before serving.
