Hari Matar Ki Sabji Recipe
Ingredients
Ghee-1 tablespoon
Garlic-2 cloves, chopped
Green peas-2 cups, shelled
Green chili-1, finely chopped
Salt-1 teaspoon
Fresh lemon juice -1 tablespoon
Green coriander-1 tablespoon, chopped
Directions
MAKING
1)In a pan, heat ghee and sauté garlic until golden.
2)Then, add peas, green chili and salt. Stir.
3)Cover the pan and let it cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stirring frequently.
4)When the peas are dry add lemon juice and sprinkle with coriander leaves. Turn off heat.
SERVING
5)Serve the tali hari matar with roti.
