Taiwan Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded cabbage | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 medium-size carrots, pared and shredded | ||
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large serving bowl, mix the shredded carrots and cabbage together.
2) In a small bowl, mix the sugar, mayonnaise or salad dressing, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3) Refrigerate until serving time.
4) When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss gently to mix.
SERVING
5) Serve immediately.
