Directions

Place 30 X 18 inch piece of heavy duty aluminum foil in jelly roll pan, 151/2 X 10 1/2 X 1 inch.
Place ham slice on foil; arrange Brussels sprouts around ham.
Sprinkle water on Brussels sprouts.
Fold foil over meat and seal securely.
Cook in 400° oven 40 minutes.
Open foil packet; fold edges back, keeping Brussels sprouts covered.
Diagonally slice bananas onto meat.
Pour Sauce on bananas.
Set oven control at broil and/or 550°.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 minutes or until Sauce is bubbly and brown.
