Ingredients

 Cooked chicken3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pineapple chunks-1 (15 1/4-ounce) can, drained
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Dry roasted peanuts1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise -1/4 to 1/3 cup
 Sweet pickle relish1 Tablespoon
 Lettuce leaves -as needed

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients and keep aside.
2) In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, relish, and curry powder and mix it to chicken mixture, and toss gently.

SERVING
3) Serve on lettuce leaves, and garnish with grape clusters.
