|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Add water and keep whisking until you get to the thickness you like.
Add the parsley and whisk well.
