 Tomatoes6 Medium
 1 cup dry curd Cottage cheese
 Low fat plain yogurt1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup chopped seeded cucumber
 Green bell pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Radishes1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Green onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Dried basil leaves1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Garlic powder1/8 Teaspoon
 1 can tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
 Lettuce leaves

Directions

Cut each tomato down to stem end into 6 wedges.
Cover and chill.
Combine Cottage cheese and yogurt in medium bowl; mix well.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves; blend well.
Place tomatoes on individual lettuce-lined plates; spread wedges apart.
Spoon Cottage cheese mixture into center of each tomato.
