Taco Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
12 ripe tomatoes
8 hot cattail pepper, chopped
8 long med.-hot green peppers, chopped
3 green peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. Sugar
Directions
Steam tomatoes until tender; peel and mash.
Combine tomatoes, peppers, onion, 1/2 cup water, vinegar, salt and sugar in saucepan.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
