Taco casserole Recipe
A great little twist on a mexican casserole dish


Ingredients
| 1 large can of cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Sliced cheese | ||
| 2 lbs ground chuck, ground round, or ground hamburger meat | ||
| Tortilla chips | 1 Bag (1kg) | |
| Salsa | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, diced | |
| 4 clones of garlic minced | ||
| Cilantro | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
in a large skillet brown hamburger meat
add onions and garlic and cook until meat is done and onions are tender and translucent
add soup,salsa and cilantro
mix well
grease bottom of square 13" casserole dish or scale down or up to accomodate your dish
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
smash the bag of tortilla chips
line the bottom of the dish with crushed tortilla chips
add mixture to the dish
add another layer of crushed chips
cover the top of the mixture with sliced cheese
once your oven is pre-heated place the dish inside and bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned
