Taco Soup With Pork And Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion - Half a small, finely diced | ||
| Taco seasoning envelope | 1 | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Red cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Kidney beans - 15-ounce can, drained | ||
| Whole kernel corn - 15-ounce can, drained | ||
| Pork and beans | 15 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato juice | 46 Can (10oz) | |
| Taco chips - crushed | ||
| Cheese - Shredded | ||
| Sour cream | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In skillet brown beef and onion, drain and place in slow cooker.
2. Stir in taco seasoning, brown sugar, and pepper and mix in beans, corn, pork and beans, and tomato juice well.
3. Cook with cover on Low 4-6 hours.
SERVING
4. To serve garnish individual servings with taco chips, cheese, and dollop of sour cream.
