Ingredients

 Beef1 pound
 Onion - Half a small, finely diced
 Taco seasoning envelope1
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Red cayenne pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Kidney beans - 15-ounce can, drained
 Whole kernel corn - 15-ounce can, drained
 Pork and beans15 Can (10oz)
 Tomato juice46 Can (10oz)
 Taco chips - crushed
 Cheese - Shredded
 Sour cream

Directions

MAKING
1. In skillet brown beef and onion, drain and place in slow cooker.
2. Stir in taco seasoning, brown sugar, and pepper and mix in beans, corn, pork and beans, and tomato juice well.
3. Cook with cover on Low 4-6 hours.

SERVING
4. To serve garnish individual servings with taco chips, cheese, and dollop of sour cream.
