1 lb. extra-lean (90% lean) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
1 large head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
2 large tomatoes
1 medium avocado, peeled,sliced
2 cups salsa
Directions
Brown ground beef in medium skillet.
Drain.
Add onions and garlic; cook until tender.
Stir in seasonings.
Combine lettuce, tomatoes and avocado in large serving bowl; toss lightly.
Top with ground beef mixture.
