Ingredients

 Ground beef1 Pound
 Onion1 , chopped
 Kidney beans1 19 Ounce, drained
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces taco chips or taco shells, broken 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped coarsely
 Cheddar Cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 1 cup sour cream or plain yoghurt

Directions

Brown ground beef and onion 5 minutes on HIGH in plastic colander over microproof casserole.
Discard drippings.
In casserole, along with beef combine kidney beans and seasonings and cook on HIGH 2-3 minutes or to heat through.
Arrange salads on individual plates with lettuce, then taco chips and meat sauce in order.
Pass bowls of tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
