Taco Salad With Sour Cream Recipe

| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Kidney beans | 1 19 Ounce, drained | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces taco chips or taco shells, broken 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped coarsely | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| 1 cup sour cream or plain yoghurt | ||
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion 5 minutes on HIGH in plastic colander over microproof casserole.
Discard drippings.
In casserole, along with beef combine kidney beans and seasonings and cook on HIGH 2-3 minutes or to heat through.
Arrange salads on individual plates with lettuce, then taco chips and meat sauce in order.
Pass bowls of tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
