Taco Popcorn Snack Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons unpopped popcorn | ||
| 1 cup bite-size shredded wheat biscuits | ||
| 3/4 cup round toasted oat cereal | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon onion salt | ||
Directions
Pop the popcorn in a heavy skillet or saucepan over medium-high heat, using no oil.
Be sure to cover pan and shake constantly until all the corn is popped.
Combine popped corn and cereals in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Heat in a 300° oven about 5 minutes or till cereal is warm.
Remove from oven.
Mix remaining ingredients; drizzle over cereal mixture, mixing well
