Taco Flavoured Meatballs Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| 500g minced leaf beef | ||
| 350g packet Taco seasoning mix | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 red capsicum cut into cubes | ||
| 1 onion, cut into eighths | ||
| Jar Taco sauce-mix | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 packet Quick cook noodles | ||

Directions
1. Combine mince, Taco-seasoning-mix and egg, shape into egg-shaped balls 2.5cm in diameter. Thread on to bamboo skewers, three meatballs to a skewer, with capsicum and onion between them.
2. Place kebabs on rack in shallow dish, brush with Taco sauce-mix, cook on HIGH for eight minutes, turn and baste halfway through cooking.Leave to stand covered.
3. Combine water, noodles and crumbled stock cube, cook on HIGH for two minutes or until tender. Drain.
