Taco Dip Recipe
This taco dip is a peppy flavored cheese dip. Made with salsa and cream cheese with sour cream, the taco dip is spiced with chili powder, cumin and red pepper. Served with a topping or garnish of sliced veggies and olives, it is a good party snack with chips.

| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salsa | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lettuce leaves | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup diced plum tomatoes | ||
| Green onions | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Ripe olives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives | ||
| Tortilla chips and blue corn chips | ||
Directions
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin and red pepper in large bowl; mix until well blended.
Stir in salsa.
Spread onto 10-inch serving platter lined with lettuce.
Top with cheeses, tomatoes, green onions and olives.
